Zach is a securities law attorney with over 11 years of practical and regulatory experience advising companies, investors, and market participants on, among other things, their compliance obligations under the federal securities laws. He has particular expertise in the area of small company capital formation and on various exemptions from registration under the Securities Act of 1933. In fact, he drafted some of them himself. He is a frequent speaker on crowdfunding and related issues that arise under the federal securities laws.
Zach is a graduate of Trinity College, London (BFA), the Guildford School of Acting (MA), and the UC Berkeley School of Law (JD).
