Biography
Greg is co-founder and general counsel of Science Inc. and founder of Science Blockchain, which completed a tokenized security offering in 2017 and now actively incubates and invests in blockchain businesses. He was a member of the board of directors of both HelloSociety and PlayHaven until each was acquired, and currently sits on the board of Mammoth Media, among several others. He’s also Managing Director of the $75 million Science Ventures Fund.
He is the Executive Chairman of RxVantage, and previously served as a Professor of Law and Director of the Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology Law at Pepperdine University School of Law, where he designed and taught courses in intellectual property law and licensing. He also held FINRA (previously NASD) Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
