Biography

Bradley Kruger is a partner in Ogier's Cayman team, and heads the firm's Caribbean and Asia corporate practice. Brad advises technology companies, ICO issuers and cryptocurrency fund managers and he is a member of the firm's Digital, Blockchain and Fintech group.

Brad also advises on corporate and commercial transactions in the areas of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and redomiciliations, as well as regulatory matters. He advises investment funds and their managers, administrators, banks and onshore counsel with respect to investment fund structuring and set-up, regulation, corporate governance, restructuring and terminations.

Brad is a member of the Cayman Islands Law Society, the Law Society of Ontario and the State Bar of California. He is a member of the Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada and also serves as a trustee of the Cayman Islands Chamber of Commerce Pension Plan.
